Equitas Investments is a high volume buyer of properties across the entire United States. We purchase approximately 40 properties per year with a commitment in increasing our annual volume over the coming years. Properties are purchased on an all cash basis and financing is completed post-closing.
Equitas Investments is focused on two categories: Purchase of single tenant, NN and NNN, retail properties nationwide, with a focus on convenience/gas, automotive supply, and quick service food. We focus on properties with both short and long lease terms.
A NNN lease is a lease where the tenant is responsible for real estate taxes, insurance and maintenance of the Property. NN leases include some form of landlord maintenance obligations.
