- Target Markets
- Urban Metropolitan Cities throughout the United States, with a focus on Southern California.
- Deal Size
- $500,000 to $10,000,000.
- Target Properties
- Single and Multi tenant retail shopping centers. Stabilized assets with quality tenants and/or prime locations, as well as unstable retail centers, which may include vacancy, short term leases, and deferred maintenance with value add potential through repositioning, releasing, and redevelopment. Hard corner signalized intersections preferred.
- Financing
- No financing contingencies on acquisition. Loan to value not to exceed 55%.
